As a former member of our Condominium Board, I worked closely with Tim Mattson on a major, multi-year, waterproofing project at our 33-Unit complex. During this time we were In almost daily contact, with Tim over a 5-to 6 year period. Tim is very organized and easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted and provided exactly that. He added an approximately 200 square foot addition to my existing condo, with new windows and exterior wall finishes to match the existing in the complex. He also added new interior doors and door trim throughout the entire unit. He was excellent at communicating throughout the entire project, from planning stages to punch-list. His craftsmanship is excellent, as well as that of the guys on his crew and the subs that he hires. He provided a schedule to me and kept to it as much as humanly possible, and also was keenly aware of keeping to our agreed budget. Any extras that I requested were presented to me in the form of a change order, which I could accept or reject. Tim is a pro and his years as a contractor provided a beautiful project and a very positive experience. He is very humble but works hard every day to build and maintain positive relationships with the other professionals that he interacts with, and his clients. I am an architect and was very pleased with his work.
