Water Intrusion Projects
Project 1
Biological growth and ceiling water bubbles were discovered due to water intrusion. The area was contained and prepared for treatment. The damaged drywall was removed and a dehumidifier utilized. The final result is lumber and metal pieces free of biological growth.
Project 2
The first step was to check for the presence of moisture using a moisture meter. The FLIR camera confirmed the presence, location, and extent of the moisture. The wet drywall was removed and biological growth on the lumber was discovered. A containment was installed prior to the removal of the mold and installation of new lumber and drywall.
Project 3
Moisture was detected using the moisture meter. Drywall was removed in order to determine the location of the leak. The biological growth/mold was removed from the drywall and insulation, and the walls were finished with new drywall.
Project 4
Major water damage on the existing structure including the balcony, garage, front porch, and living room space. Remodel of structure to eliminate the balcony and add additional space to the home. Issues included the redesign of a new roofline.
